Planet Flyby
Another planet passes close enough to lift the map off the ground. Chunks of the city rise toward it and towers start to fall, so the counter-intuitive answer is the recorded prompt: stay down low.

| The banner says | “What if another planet passed Earth?” |
|---|---|
| Hazard type | Gravity |
| Where it hits | Venice (recorded), any map |
| How to survive | Stay low and indoors. Everything that gets pulled is what is above ground, so a basement, a low interior or the floor of a structure is the position — climbing is what gets you lifted. |
How the round plays out
- 1.The planet appears and the HUD panel reads THE GROUND IS TEARING LOOSE: chunks of the city lifting off toward it, towers starting to fall.
- 2.The objective switches to STAY DOWN LOW — the only scenario in the game where the escape is downward.
- 3.Debris keeps rising for the rest of the round, so anything you climb onto becomes a projectile.
Where it kills you: Rooftops, upper floors and anything already loose. Players die by climbing for a better view while the ground is being pulled upward.
What to do in the 30-second head start
- ›Get to the lowest interior you can reach before the pull starts.
- ›Get off any rooftop — height is the hazard here, not the shelter.
- ›Avoid standing under towers: the recorded stage description is that towers start to fall as the chunks lift.
If you are already caught out: Get down a level and inside. Running for a taller building is the failure move; the round rewards the only prompt that tells you to go low.
Worst maps for it: Venice (the recorded map) and any map with a lot of vertical structure — Alpine Ski Resort and Jungle Temple Ruins.
Surviving is half preparation and half knowing the map — see the map list and the round guide for the 30-second head start.
Other disasters
The Moon Falls
The moon drops toward Earth in stages. The sea first surges in and out, burning chunks fall from the sky, and gravity weakens until loose objects and players start lifting off the ground.
The Sun Disappears
A permanent deep freeze sets in while the power grid fails. The map goes dark and cold rather than being torn apart, so the round is lost to exposure in the open rather than to one big hit.
A 500 m Mega Tsunami
A wave that grows as it approaches and drags players off the coast. The water arrives later than the warning does, so the 30-second head start is the entire survival window.
Earth Enters a Mega Storm
A storm that tracks wind speed as it builds — the HUD climbs toward 150 KM/H — and then starts roping out tornadoes. The banner's own name for the late stage is that the storm never ends.
Earth Completely Freezes
Snow starts falling and the temperature keeps dropping until the oceans freeze solid. Buildings give out from the cold rather than from a wave, so the round is a shelter round with collapsing cover.
The Atmosphere Disappears
Windows break, the wind tears loose everything not fixed, the sun burns without protection and the oceans boil. With no air pressure there is no sound, which removes the usual audio warning.
