Earth Enters a Mega Storm
A storm that tracks wind speed as it builds — the HUD climbs toward 150 KM/H — and then starts roping out tornadoes. The banner's own name for the late stage is that the storm never ends.
| The banner says | “What if Earth enters a mega storm?” |
|---|---|
| Hazard type | Wind |
| Where it hits | Thrill Park (recorded), open maps |
| How to survive | Get indoors before the wind speed peaks and stay there. The tornadoes that rope out in the late stages are the part that removes whatever cover you picked, so keep a second building in mind. |
How the round plays out
- 1.Wind speed starts climbing and the HUD tracks it — recorded rounds reach 150 KM/H.
- 2.Loose props start moving and open ground becomes a losing position before the tornadoes even appear.
- 3.Tornadoes rope out of the storm, and the late stage is described as a storm that never ends.
Where it kills you: Open ground while the wind builds, and any building on the path of a roped-out tornado. Players die trying to cross to a better building after the wind is already up.
What to do in the 30-second head start
- ›Get inside early — the wind stage is survivable outdoors, the tornado stage is not.
- ›Prefer a solid building over a shelter made of props; loose objects become projectiles.
- ›Note a second building nearby, because the first can be taken by a tornado.
If you are already caught out: Move between buildings in short runs and hug the wall on the way. Crossing the open in one go is the mistake that ends rounds here.
Worst maps for it: Thrill Park — the map this scenario was recorded on, with long open walkways between structures.
Surviving is half preparation and half knowing the map — see the map list and the round guide for the 30-second head start.
Other disasters
The Moon Falls
The moon drops toward Earth in stages. The sea first surges in and out, burning chunks fall from the sky, and gravity weakens until loose objects and players start lifting off the ground.
The Sun Disappears
A permanent deep freeze sets in while the power grid fails. The map goes dark and cold rather than being torn apart, so the round is lost to exposure in the open rather than to one big hit.
A 500 m Mega Tsunami
A wave that grows as it approaches and drags players off the coast. The water arrives later than the warning does, so the 30-second head start is the entire survival window.
Earth Completely Freezes
Snow starts falling and the temperature keeps dropping until the oceans freeze solid. Buildings give out from the cold rather than from a wave, so the round is a shelter round with collapsing cover.
Earth Loses Its Atmosphere
Windows break, the wind tears loose everything not fixed, the sun burns without protection and the oceans boil. With no air pressure there is no sound, which removes the usual audio warning.
It Rains for 1,000 Years
The rain does not stop. The HUD counts the downpour forward by months and then years while the water level climbs, until the map is an island and pieces of it break off.
